Delete your account and data
In the app
Open Account, then Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm. You can also export everything first (Account, Export my data).
Without the app
Email james@getceria.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm by reply before we delete anything.
What happens
- Your account is hidden at once.
- For 15 days you can restore it by signing in again.
- After 15 days, everything is deleted for good: your profile, log, plans, health records and settings. You can choose "delete now" to skip the wait.
- Backups drop it within [backup retention period to be confirmed with the database provider].
- We may keep the minimum we are required by law to keep (for example a record that a deletion happened), and nothing else.
Disconnecting a health source alone does not delete what it already gave us. To remove that data, delete it in the app (Account, Connections) or delete your account.
