What ceria is
A wellness and fitness guidance app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. See the health and medical disclaimer.
Using it
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
- Wearable and phone data is estimated. Calories burned, sleep stages and body composition can be wrong by a wide margin, and the app says so where it matters.
- Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to harm others.
- You are responsible for deciding whether a suggested change to your training or food is right for you.
Community recipes and shared content
See the community content policy. Content you share must be yours to share and must follow it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, with a reason, and you can ask us to review it.
Liability

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
